Design / Build

The team at XL Fire Protection employs a staff of in-house designers experienced in the latest systems utilizing AutoCAD 3D software to easily coordinate with engineers, architects, and the rest of the build’s team. This cutting-edge technology in conjunction with our in-house fabrication process creates the best outcomes for our clients and our construction partners.

Pre-Construction Capacity

Once PDF Drawings, CAD/REVIT Files are provided, XL Fire Protection can provide design-assist services immediately with a Lead Designer upon subcontract execution.  XL Fire Protection has collaborated with many design teams on the development of design and construction documents to help reduce the cost and time for construction, improve constructability and add value.

With pipe and materials kept in stock and thorough knowledge of all shop equipment, our fabrication team can maximize productivity while ensuring our materials meet the requirements of today’s high-profile projects.

We work with the largest and most prestigious General Contractors with a specialty in large projects. By partnering with Local 669 and 709 Sprinkler Fitters, our design and project management teams are able to provide the exemplary care and attention to detail that has earned us our reputation for exceptional work.
